poor customer service
very rude and unprofessional customer service in this company. They refused me in a reservation it was OK but the way how they did it - rude and abuse - this is really bad.
Stay away from them, they have to respect their customers otherwise they should be shut down!

fatz
talked my out of town friends into having diner at fatz this past saturday nite. the waiter made a number of mistakes over and over agin. at the end of our meal, I was embarassed, and then he came to our table and asked for us to pay now. we left a tip aginst my friends wishes. before we left, we explained everything to the manager. we were not even offered desert from them.

Worst restraunt ive ever walked into. Very un professional staff. Lets see waited forever for food. Herd someone say they were buying food from foodlion. Old man just wanted a sweet potato and all they could offer was broccoli. Another regular customer could not get what they wanted. And after i drove a five minute drive home than i had to heat my potato because it was really cold. If they keep running the restraunt the way they are then they might as well shut it down. Worst crew they could ever put in a restraunt.
