Belinda Effah

I booked Belinda Effah for a video and Movie shoot but she doesn't have a work permit or Nonimmigrant visas P3 or O1 visas. After she took the deposit and failed to show up on set she told us that she can't make it because she has another movie shoot in Atlanta GA. Now my company has a loss of $3000.00 US Dollars. She took the money and disappeared.
This is not the first time that she had a gig in the USA and working on a tourist visa. That's against to law to work on a tourist visa. When I asked her to submit I-9form(employee verification eligibility)/her working permit or working visas and Social security she failed to do it. That's the main reason why she doesn't show up because other producers in Atlanta GA let her work without proper documents.
I have attached the contracts, a copy of her passport and itinerary ticket.
