poor customer service

My experience with fire rv was the most horrible I could expect!
I purchased their product and I just wasted my money. The main problem is that I haven't receive my order, and the another problem is that I never received customer support service from them. I will never recommend this company to anyone! Beware and don't waste your money with them!

Do Not Buy From FIFE RV!

I bought a 2014 Motorhome from Fife Rv. Biggest mistake I ever made. Crappy customer service! Have had it less then 30 days and it was already in for warranty work and while there at their service center in Bonney Lake it was broken into and they take no responsibility and now have a motorhome with more issues due to damage from prying outside compartments open and more money for my claim to my insurance and Still no parts in to fix my warranty work they had it for in the first place. Do not buy anything from them You will be sorry you did!
