Pending of my work

Hi, I'm Ajay. I applied for a home loan with finbucket a few months back. The day I submitted my documents they told me that I will get my loan in 7 days. But even after 2 weeks, I didn't get my loan amount. I asked the company for the same, they said they even don't know why it is taking too much time. But after 17 days, I received my loan amount on my bank account.
