Ordered and paid for unit with 4 to 5 week lead time, not delivered after 3 months. They say they lost it. Refund requested in line with their own policy, not received. Company did not want to co-operate once refund was requested, escalated thru Paypal Resolution Centre. Due to exchange rate differences between date of payment and refund (more than 3 months), I lost over £20 in shortfall.
I placed my trust in a company that did not seem to have any negative reviews (or, in fact, ANY reviews). They held on to my money for as long as possible, and I received a refund worth less that my original payment in GBP. I will never use this company again, and would urge others to consider the possibility that this could happen to them also. This is a genuine report - I have all relevant comms and transaction evidence as proof.

I ordered hair october 2017 they never sent my hair.... in DEC.2017 they said it was died wrong, that they will send another...
Jan, Feb, March no replies....In April 2018 they said it was sent in January but got lost in the mail...no refund or hair..DONT USE THIS COMPANY>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Ordered from them and got the runaround. Kept stalling with excuses like it got damaged and it would take a few more weeks. Then heard nothing at all so I started bombarding them with the nastiest emails imaginable, at least fifty a day. I heard nothing. Then I found out where they're located and looked up all the nearest police stations by them and sent them the phone numbers so they knew that I wasn't lying. I told them that if my money wasn't refunded the next day that I would bombard the police like I bombarded them. Guess what? That's right, the next day PayPal sent an email saying that I had a refund from them! Scumbags!!
