poor servie, no recpect for own customers
Unprofessional and poor service! Their owner has no idea how to work with customers, he can cancel an order without any notice just because he didn't like your name! Beware and better stay away from them, I received my worst service at this place and I hope I will never come back to this poor company!

Bad customer support
I had to close my account with them, because I finally got disappointed with them. Each time I needed help, there would not be any. Their customer support is terrible, no one cares about you.
Don’t sign up!

Very Poor Business Acumen
I closed my account with Fine Art America as they have the business integrity of a typical on-line scam. And yes....they do have lots of people on their web site who have a great time social networking but that really is all Fine Art America has to offer. Fine Art America has very serious internal shortcomings at the product fulfillment level starting with an employee named Dawn. This person thinks she is a photographer and has horrible communication skills. If you are someone who values your brand / business reputation, do not tie your fate to Fine Art America as they will tarnish your reputation at the product fulfillment level.

Product not the same as image on site
I ordered a print of a nice photo.
When it arrived the colors were different, not just the overall color, but one area was darker than what was shown on the site.
When I wrote and asked, they did offer a refund, but the artist would not be paid.
It is not the artist's fault if the company changes the image to create more sales.
I was very disappointed with the image.
Such a shame, when a company can not be honest with there online presentation of what you are going to get.
I have to admit the paper quality was very good.
The only reason I bought the image was because I expected a true copy of what I saw on their site.
I will not be buying again from this company.

scamming artists as well as buyers
I have had the entry level (free) account since 2010 .Recently I went to upgrade to premium so more photos could be shown.
I put in my bank info clicked submit. Usually at this point is when you get a confirmation, instead I got (in red letters) a window that asked me to correct my address, which I did. I repeated this whole sequence five times ,thinking maybe the formatting was not adequate. Never once did I receive a confirmation of the transaction, only a page telling me to correct the address.
After looking on line at my bank statement five charges for $30.00 were pending. I called the FAA customer service line and was told that Artists can only report this via a Tech Support ticket ...I asked for live person and was told there was no one to handle these issues, only through creating a ticket through tech support ...Ok......I am still waiting for even an acknowledgement of the ticket generation...
This company STAY AWAY FROM...JUST BECAUSE ALOT OF ARTIST USE DOES NOT MAKE THEM HONORABLE OR REPUTABLE!! I recommend to anyone else that has experienced this immediately call your bank or credit card company and cancel the card used in the transaction...They only got me for 150.00 but ...how many more people for much more day in and day out
