not paying at payout
I have registered this PTC and reached the payout level or $10040 now he have requested for payout throuch paypal account. but this company is not responding to him. I have yet to reach the payout limit, i can open the sight and view advertisement and getting $10 on each view. Now i think i should leave this because my friend is not getting anything, same will happen with me... Actually I believe there must be any company who really pay for the services they ask on internet. I am searching that company only... Help me out if anyone knows...

CLICKS DOES NOT GO AGAIN..
Good morning,
I was surprised to see that the fresh click I recently paid for does not allows clicking any more, why?. I just paid $39.95 for one month and clicked for just one day and get stock. Each time I click the result always says " ERROR, There was a problem finding your click Session. Are you viewing more than 1 ad at a time?".
This reply surprised me and my credit is burning since I have been stop exit for clicks.
Just immediately I submitted the second click for payment and started with third round with my credit of $39,95, I effected payment for one month, dated 18 January,2013, then this problem started. I did not click on another ad except the same way I have been doing right from the day one I was introduced into this Fineptc. Since one two click after my second payment, service stops with "ERROR".
This way things are going on really surprised me.
Kindly help me out of this problem. And forward the reply of this Complaints into my email address

Morning,
I cannot understand what is now happening to fineptc that the clicks I purchased on the 18th January,2013 does not go as it's expected. I amazed me so much that this kind of game could be witness by this way I'm feeling from Fine PTC. Since I reported this same issue of not allowing my clicks to go again. If there is no more business any more but just allow my purchased clicks to finish. But very regret that I have introduced Fineptc to so many people.
Kindly allow my clicks to be continue as it's expected. I shall be happy to see that you sought things out.

The delay tactics that the fineptc is doing is to allow my days on the purchased clicks to be expired, and it would be very bad if they do it like that.
