Total waste of time

I decided to cancel my timeshare and for that purpose I’ve chosen to hire The Finn Law Group. Just to make things clear I was dealing with their Florida office which can be contacted at 10810 72nd St. Ste 210, Largo, FL. 33777, Tel (727) 214-0700, Fax (727) 683-9571, finnlawgroup.com. They also have an office in Michigan but I want to point out that this complaint is not anyhow related to that office. So, I called them and explained my situation, a representative of Finn Law described to me the conditions of the contract over the phone and offered me to pay $500 upfront before the papers were done so that everything can get moving faster. I agreed and wired the money but when I received a paper copy of my contract I realized that there are lots of differences with the phone conversation that I had. When I called their office I asked for explanation and when no help was provided I asked for full and immediate refund. At least I’ve got my money back but this whole experience with The Finn Law Group was a total waste of time… This still looks like scam to me so if you want to get your service fast and safe better go somewhere else.
