Signing up for FiOptics has been a nightmare since day one. First the representative called several times and went over what she would offer us to sign up. I wrote down everything she said and even called her back to confirm I had everything down correctly. She offered us money back and free equipment usage along with a movie package. Right off we was charge for the equipment and the movies. Then we had to call and get that taken off along with extra charges. Then when the bill came it was higher then she had quoted so I called only to hear her say that it was impossible for her to have given us that rate. I had everything she said wrote down and like I said, we over and over this before we signed up. Now my movie channel has disappeared and last week other channels are not available. I do not know if these representatives work on commission or what but they are not giving you the true cost and program they are saying you will receive.
