they send defective items and then refuse in a full refund
Ordered a circuit board for my treadmill from the, When It arrived I called the expert to test it and he found it defective. I called to the company asking for a refund but I was told that They could give me a partial refund or get a replacement. Well I think this is just a part of their business – send defective items and taking advantage of people. Stay away from them, keep you money in your pockets! Don't support these scams!

They Misrepresent Parts On Their Website
I purchased parts recently from this company and found that one of the parts was not the same size as was labeled on the box they sent me. They charged me for the postage to retuen the unit and on top of that claimed that the dimensions of the product were accurate! To add insult to injury they charged me an additional 20% restocking fee!! This company is a complete scam. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the State's Attorney's office. Other complaints follow a similar pattern. Stay away from Fitness Repair Parts!!!

RMA return rip off
Don't expect to get a refund if you need to return a part, they charge a 50% restocking fee and the customer support is not good.
Avoid this company!
