the target device not connected for 2 days ago
I would like to ask why the support team didn't attend to my email for 1 whole day? as the target device doesn't connected to flexispy, may I know why, I have check the target device actually was connected to internet all the time, but how come it doesn't capture from the flexispy? please can some body answer me? or do I need to get refund if the flexispy doesn't work?
the target device status was 2 day ago not connected? please can some body answer me why? or what should I do?

TARGET DEVICE NOT CONNECTED FOR 2 DAYS AGO
MAY I KNOW WHY THE TARGET DEVICE DOES NOT CONNECTED FOR 2 DAYS AGO, THE TARGET DEVICE ACTUALLY WAS CONNECTED TO INTERNET ALL THE TIME, BUT HOW COME THE DEVICE DOESN'T CAPTURE BY THE FLEXISPY? PLEASE HELP ON THIS!
