GOOD OR BAD

Nothing wrong with them . it just they are very new but there prices are dam good, initially i though i would not book with them after, actuly it was about $4500 , but then no was cheaper then them i had to book with them, i liked it they were quick, fast,better and open about everything , like if i cancel how much money will i get back, when will i and so on ...along with when i called them after hours i got a call from agent for customer service , they are based in edmonton and i am in toronto so in morning it was 7 AM there however i left a message on there voice mail and i received a call in just 15 minutes , honestly the guy was'nt sleepy and i just wanted him to choose seats for me , but for me he did everything as if it was his working hours and when i asked him what time it is and where he is , he said sir its 7:15 AM and i am in edmonton , i liked it and he made me feel special just because i booked with him, i also enquired some more fares with him so i might book with him later ...but yes i would suggest to try them once they put in full efforts to make sure you book with them without being pushy like calling you 10 times a day, they are good and know there business very well ........i am just waiting if there is anything wrong with them ....

Not good or not bad just cheap and truth

Ok services.... I dint need any special service though... I reaches on there website through some search where it ask for phone number before I could close it I saw the chat window and guy asked me where I would like to travel... It was a business trip and I wanted to save money so thought of giving a try.. Yes they were cheaper then any website for flights and hotel both... They take some time for sure but give you best and unbeatable price... Service was even good can't say anything wrong but nothing special they did for me as well.... Sort of nice company in our neighbourhood as I live in calgary....
