WRONG IN EVERY ASPECT!
DO NOT ORDER from this company!
Mother’s Day flower order to my mother in Japan from the US was never deliver on the requested date, the flower arrangement was NO WAY NEAR what they had posted on the picture on their website. JUST COMPLETELY WRONG IN EVERY ASPECT.
My mother’s day as a daughter giving to my mother and as a mother’s Day for myself was THE WORST experience for me.
Wish I can post the picture of the actual vs. website advertised picture.
They used WHITISH BEIGE wrappings to wrap flowers for mother’s day roses. Roses were white and NOT pink when the picture they advertised was PINK.
Just don’t order from here to make your life easier.

Complete Scam
Complete scam. Not even kidding. This is a for real complaint. If you're questioning it or not, trust me. Don't do it. All those reviews that you read here and on other sites are legit. Just don't even for a second re-consider it. There were a hundred problems placing the order. My card got charged twice. The delivery was never made or attempted. There are no confirmation emails. I am out $400 dollars because even after a refund is in order, they never issue it. And once they rip you off, they completely ignore you. No more responses. I.P. Is blocked from the live chat. Nobody answers the phone. (Go ahead and try it yourself). Seriously, just don't do it. No need to thank me.
It's f'n incredible that these types of blatant and legit scams are still able to exist today. And when you try to find a resolution? It doesn't exist because of the international problems that walk hand in hand with it.
