FlyDubai Security Issues

Flydubai has issues with their security. Be careful when you get flights on their site online. They can charge for the flight that you are considering but not really confirming (thus breaking the law).

They charged me for the flight that I did not confirm with the code that my bank sent me to a phone number. How could they do that, that's a big question.

They promised to refund me that money within 7 weeks when I called them on the same day, but they have not done anything since May 10th and are ignoring my emails for 36 days now.

Thus Flydubai proves to breach the security and behave incompetently when promising one thing and doing nothing about it. Their silence about my questions on the emails #04185418 about security and refund makes me think that it is all true and they do not want to acknowedge it.
