Rip off company

I have called them to ask about some parts, and they talked me into buying right away. They have sent me an invoice which had prices much higher than I was offered on the phone. I called another supplier and found out that the parts were really cheap. I called the first ones back to cancel the invoice, however they wanted to charge me for cancelling! That is outrageous.
Never deal with this company.
