it is a SCAM

FoodMaxx are a scam! I have paid at their store using my credit card, and the next time I was checking the balance on the card, I have noticed that FoodMaxx took more money for the products I purchased, than they were suppose to!
Do not buy there! They are frauds!

They are a scam!

FoodMaxx are a scam! Not only do they sell bad products, but they also try to make money out of accusing people of shoplifting! This is outrageous! I have seen other complaints regarding FoodMaxx but I do not see any action! When is this store going to be closed????

Do not go there!

Do not go to Food Maxx! They are frauds! I have been in the store buying groceries when their security guard came to me and said that he has already called the cops. When I asked what for, he said “shop-lifting”. I have never in my life stole anything from anybody! This is pure scam! I will sue them!

Bad customer service

On Dec.5th, I was checking out groceries around 7pm at FoodMaxx Newark store, including 2 bottles of Organic milk and 1 regular milk. The Cashier (Raj) scanned one bottle of Organic Milk and charged 3 times. I corrected him by telling him one milk is different, which is non-organic. He didn't say sorry and seemed to be quite mad. After I paid by credit card, he tossed my receipt on top of the groceries, instead of handing it to me and say "thank you.". Raj's attitude is very bad and unacceptable. I was very upset about what he did.

Rude cashier

Tonight I was doing my shopping at this Union City store. Our cashier was Louie D. He was super rude to us. We normally always mentioned to the cashier that we have stuff under our cart. We had never received a rude response from any cashier. He was saying he knows that he will scan it later. Then right after he said that, he walks over with his scanner! He walk so slow I think a turtle just pass him. What happen to later? Then the next thing I try to pay using credit but it didn't go through so I say I want to use it as ATM or Debit. His sarcasticly respond was "that's the same thing". I responded I know! It just happen to come out together. I think he is one of those people with special needs but that is no excuse for his rudeness. He work in a store where he deals with customer all day. He needs to be train to handle customers better. I hope the next time I go back he improve. I will try not to go to his lane if others are open.
