Rip offs!
I ordered a free trial from them and instead of paying only for the shipping costs $5.00, they also charged me another $80.00 for who knows what! THEY ARE RIP OFFS!

Outraged by how this company does business
I ordered two products from forever flawless wrinkle reducer and rejuvenating eye cream. I did receive the products. I was told I would receive a packet in the mail that would allow me to cancel 15 days after trial period. I received the packet two days before the cut off point for cancellation. I called and canceled making sure to take down the individuals name, the date and time I called. I was not informed that a confirmation number was needed for cancellation. The individual I spoke with assured me I had a confirmed cancellation. A new shipment came with the products again and my account charged. I called and informed the company about my cancellation and was told that there was no record of my cancellation and that the person I talked to never worked for the company. The person I spoke to the second time around gave me a cancellation number. Beware of this company.

Stay Away from this company
My daughter was lured into the Forever Flawless in Westfield North County Mall and they were horrible and humiliated her beyond what anyone deserves. After luring her in and telling her how bad her skin is, which she's already self conscience about, this low life employee had the nerve to whisper into her "fucking bitch" when she wanted to leave the store because she wasn't interested in their product, not to mention she couldn't afford it in the first place. I have never experienced such behavior from a company before. This is so unacceptable and this company should be ashamed of themselves for even employing someone like this scum! SHAME ON THEM AND WHOEVER MANAGES THIS STORE!

PLAIN AND SIMPLY A RIPOFF
Do NOT GO or PURCHASE anything from these people who are affiliated with FOREVER FLAWLESS or GOLD ELEMENTS. These are the same people and they are scammers. They do not hold their word and be careful because if you try to bring something back with a receipt they will take your receipt and not give it back. They will try distract you into purchasing something else. They are scammers and should be shut down. They do not hold their word. I was supposed to get refills on their products after spending around $1800.00 on their products and then they told me when I brought it in for refills that I had to ship my bottles somewhere to corporate. RIGHT, then I have no proof that I had them. Just plain scammers. I do not recommend this place.

No customer service, deceptive
Purchased products while on vacation. Was told I could return products within 30 days. Given phone# and consultants email address. After trying for 3 weeks called and emailed sales consultant to cancel. No return calls or emails and finally spoke with another rep who referred me back to original rep with no help from them. Complaint filed with credit card company. Awaiting results. Not a good company if you're looking for customer service. THERE IS NONE, my consultant although very attentive during sale, turns out to have out and out lied. Deceptive practices in my opinion.

Save your money
PLAIN AND SIMPLY A RIPOFF, save your money. DO NOT purchase any of their products, it does nothing for you. All the promises they make are lies. They do not hold their word and be very careful because if you try to bring something back with a receipt they refuse to take the product back and refund your money. They are scammers and should be shut down. Marta, works in the Breckenridge store and the Park Meadows Mall. She is the conartist. After spending around $1,800.00 for a VIP card on their products, I was supposed to get free refills on their products with the VIP card for an entire year. I went back to get refills, she said each jar is supposed to last a whole year, instead she was trying to sell me two more products for $1,600 and $1.500 each, which was the discounted price. Every product you get from them is over $1000 in price.
I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureaus, they need to be shut down so others do not go through the same fraud as I did.

ELDER ABUSE
In September 2014 I purchased $957.00 worth of forever flawless products. I got a facial in the store and purchased the products. by the time I got home I had a really bad allergic reaction to the products. I took the products back the next fay and was told that I couldn't get a refund. I am 75 years old. when I went to the store I was pressured into purchasing these products. I have been trying since then to get my money back. my next course of action is to file a lawsuit against the company to get my money back. any one who wants to go in on this lawsuit, we can file a class action lawsuit against this company. contact me .

Senior preassure
My senior Mom recently purchased over $1,000 in products from a Kiosk at Chandler Fashion Mall in Chandler AZ. The salesman, Neil, befriended my Mom to draw her in. He was so friendly she became his friend and fell for his sales pitch. Mom can not afford to pay $1,000 for non-essential items in her life. It is my opinion Neil took advantage of my 84 year old, tiny, fragile, shuffling Mom.
Mom did not feel she could return the items on her own because he would sell her again and get nowhere so when we tried to do the return today it was past the 7 day return policy. I live in Northern Arizona, and was on vacation last week, so was unable until today to accompany her to make the return. All products are unopened and never left the bags. I would like to be able to make the return and the money refunded.
I would appreciate a reply with a solution to our issue. I have reported the sale and tactic to the management of the Chandler Fashion Mall.
I have sent an email and left a message with customer service. If the above reviews are any I indication I have little hope for a solution. I hope Forever Flawless will stand up to accept our return.

Forever Flawless Scam
This is not even a company. I don't know how anyone can work for this company and think they are good people. I would hate to be in their shoes at the end of the day knowing what they do to people or even how they justify selling their crap. Shame on all of them. Has anyone tried suing this company?

Smoke an d mirrors
We stopped by their site at overland Park mall. They tested one eye and the bag under eye disappeared, so we bought the product after which the did the other eye. The other eye never matched the first eye they did . I question what they used the first time. They said it works best when applied overnight, tried small amount on eyes that night and no difference. Will try to return product today,

Low down company
These people are like a cult once you get in their store it is so hard to get out and they are so verbally abusive if you say no to purchasing anything or try to leave the store they become very abusive I had one man tell me I was cheap. I tried to get a refund the same day for two products they conned me into buying they stated the only lady there that does refunds will be gone for a week and there was nothing they can do this is the most disgusting company I have ever come into contact with and the sad thing is they were taking advantage of so many elderly customers in there. I hope in the future this is one business that goes out of business.

Rude and Phony
Salesman told me I wasted his time when I refused to pay almost $30,000 on a package of products that I "needed" badly because of all my flaws. He kept telling me I had to give him a credit card to put a deposit on the special deal he was giving me. When I refused, he instantly changed from my new best friend to an angry and rude person. The hard sell was a total turnoff, not to mention the outrageous price. I would discourage anyone from stepping foot near that store where the sales people are waiting to pounce on their next unsuspecting victim. I believe they try to take advantage of elderly people which is totally reprehensible. Horrible company and phony salespeople.
