Informed via text message store closed and goodbye... now refusing to provide a refund

I purchased a 24moth membership with forever flawless and after 4 months I received. Text message one eveningstating they had to close the store on george stree and sorry for the inconvenience. They thought it was acceptable to cancel my contract via a text message! Then after a week finally replied to my emails and despite 4 requests for a refund they have refused, stating that they'll send me the products from the USA. How can they provide monthly facial treatments via post...
Do not trust this company. I wish I never walked in their door and allowed them to entertain a second of my time. What reputatble company takes your money, cancels the contract via text and refuses a refund?! Looks like this will likely end up in court trying to get my money back.
