I encountered this store in Park Meadows Mall in Lone Tree Colorado. It is a very upscale mall and should be ashamed to have such a store under their roof. This place is a total scam, rip off, a bunch of con artists that lure you into their store. I swear there must be something being piped into their store to make you lose all your good sense and be persuaded, coerced and flawlessly conned into buying any of their jars of goop. I foolishly spent $1,500.00 but as soon as I got home I called and wanted to return the product because I knew I had been swindled. They said that the manager was gone for the next 4 days but I could come in in 4 days and they would help me out. (whatever that meant) A lawyer friend told me about the 3-day rescission law and I should not wait but go in right away, which I did. I contacted mall security and had them escort me into the store. The sales girl tried to lure me into the back room when I showed up to return the products. Luckily, my friend was with me and was very verbally forceful with the sales girl and said that there was no reason for me to go in the back room. The sales girl became very hostile and did not like that the security guard was in the store and watching the entire scene. She reluctantly did the return for my $1,500 but I have yet to see the credit on my credit card. I did call my credit card company and they said it can take up to 3-5 business days for it to appear, so I am still waiting but if I do not see the return soon I will dispute the charge. These people are ruthless crooks. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY!!!! They need to be shut down. The products they sell are total crap and not worth the pretty packaging that they use to disguise them in. The products they put on your face in the store is definitely not what they sell. And to be honest, I have no idea what is even in their products and I can't believe I was so bamboozled to let them put anything on my face in the first place. These people are highly trained con artists!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!
