No Assistance for tech problem
I think buying Orange Mobile SIM calling card is just another way to waste your money in these hard times. I bought a fifteen minutes reload card to call JA. when I got connected they told me I have 30 mins. Within a minute of my call I was told that I have 0 remaining balance. When I call customer service they hung up on me. I called back 7 times before I was rudely told that it doesn't matter how what I can't get a refund cause I talk for 1 mins and there system is automated so I will have to buy a new card if I want to make my call. Never never again.

Furthermore, Trying to get a customer service is a long wait and a waste of time. Sometimes, communication is not clear enough. When you finally get through, they are very unprofessional and other times, they'll hang up on you. This card is deceptive and the company is ripping us off. This needs to be addressed. I am extremely upset about this. This is my second time copmplaining.

No telephone line
I reconnected my residence secondary Lin on the23 May 2012.since that time my line did not work properly and was cut off from 2/6 until 18/6 and then again from 25/6 until today 1/7 and still out of order. 1013 is a disaster. Staff are rude and cut you off when they have heard enough. I have written three complaint letters with only one acknowledgement, in which the Client Services Dept. said they would launch an enquiry. The Orange service is worse than the Third World countries I have spent many years in during my working life. They have left me with no line, and even when I had a line people could not contact me, no one has shown the slightest concern. I would be ashamed to work for a Company that treats customers like that. hey have taken my money for 23 years, but all that will finish because there is plenty of competition out there and lot of alternatives.

How can a large world wide company get it so wrong in France, we have a Maison secondaire, the phone is no problem but the Internet is a constant problem, I need a phone line for two things 1) for the Internet connection and 2) for repeatedly having to TRY and contact Orange regard problems with my Internet.
When I receive my phone bill the only calls listed are all to Orange, the nearest Orange shop is a disgrace, it should install a coffee machine as you are almost guaranteed a minimum of 30/60 minute wait, you need to balance a shop visit against whether you will even get through on the help line phone number, its obligatory you have to listen to all the recorded announcement but many times you will be told all the line s are busy and we cannot accept your call, try later... it would be laughable if were not so serious.

I wish to get hold of my daughter near Paris ( Pavillons sous bois ) allee des rendez vous since December last .
Apparently no telephone line working and no access to internet as well . Would like to see my 3 little grand children via skype.
missing all of them lot.

Orange internet
Orange customer service is disgustingly rude, liars and incredibly incompetent. Told me my internet line would be cut off in spite of fact that I had sent them a check. Ended up paying twice since they told me the check had been cashed and paid by credit card and stopped the check. Then they told me they had refunded the payment by credit card and insisted I pay again or they would cut my internet off My bank's central office told me they had not refused anything and that Orange had not refunded anything to ,my account. Some so-called very rude and sadistic manager in customer service told me my bank was incompetent and that I should check with them. He also said I was on the black list and that my bank had refused my payment by credit card which was an outright lie since it had been deducted from my account on the day I paid by telephone. The rudeness, lies and disgusting behaviour by a so-called manager is NOT ACCEPTABLE. My letter to the orange PDG has not elicited any response whatsoever so I presume that bad behavior must be company policy. I am truly sorry for all the employees who died in vain in that spate of France Telecom suicides, and I can only wonder why they did so.
I could not do it before due to technical problems with lines although I wanted to, but now that has been resolved, I am now changing my telephone company I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORANGE TO ANYONE.

Disgraceful
A disgraceful and frustrating experience dealing with this company. Choose any other provider but not this one. After 2.5 hours waiting at the Jean Medicine shop in Nice, I still have not been served to try to sort out why my line will not work despite a monthly payment of 80 euros
