Worst network and customer service

Freedom mobile network and customer Service SUCKS ( Sorry for the language but this is the most decent word I can use for their network and service). I was lured into buying their phones and setting up five accounts for my whole family by giving us good offers and suppose to be a LTE network. That was one of the worst mistake we made. My family was happy with other companies. Now we all got stuck with these phones and the worst network/customer service of Canada. We cannot terminate our accounts because we have to pay $4000 tab for all five phones. Whatever information I have provided here is just a tip of the iceberg. From this you can imagine what kind of network and customer service Freedom mobile provides. Please Please Please my honest advise to you is never ever set up any account with them even if they offer you everything for free. You don't want to miss your important and emergency phone calls from your children, their schools, jobs, doctors, interviews, - - - . You want peace of mind.

Service???? Terrible!!

I only use Freedom mobile for texting, because I am very hard of hearing.
A friend from the Dominican Republic asked me to put his number in WhattsApp, so he could test me.
I tried to enter his number, but had no luck connecting with him, so after 2 ries I gave up.

In all the time I have used Freedom Mobile I only use it for texting because I cannot hear on this phone. If they check my history they would see I never made an international call, and that no call ever was longer than a couple of minutes.

2 weeks ago I received a message from Freedom that there was an outstanding bill for $128.
I went to the Freedom store in the mall and explained I never made a 90 minue long distance call. The fellow told me Freedom would contact me in 3 to 5 days. I told him they had to cal me on my land line because I cannot hear on the cell phone.

I called 10 days later telling them I was still waiting for their call. They said I had been called on my cell phone. In the meantime they upped my bill to $159.
I talked to an agent and he told me they would give me a $20 credit and reduce my monthly bill by $20 for 6 months.

Freedom Mobile is a dishonest outfit and I would advise people to be safe and stay away from them.

Thee worst company in Canada

Freedom mobile is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life... They've managed to enrage me on multiple occasions, their policies suck, they do not care whatsoever about costumers.
Please, if you reading this thinking about joining freedom, don't do it!!!!
