Cheats customers
Freedom Mobile is cheating me on my bill. They're charging me a my tab amount of $58.31 on my bill yet I already paid off the tab from my old phone in April 2018 in cash at their store.
Its bad enough that these jerks made me pay the tab, for the 1st time on a phone that was destroyed in an accident and unfixable.
Why the hell should I have to pay the same tab twice??
I called their call center and spoke to Ben a rep and Sara a supervisor. They both refused to help with the issue

Freedom - Never Again
Went to the London White Oakes location on Monday and thought I was getting a great deal, Samsung S9, 5gig + 3gig extra for $50 service and $15 month phone.
Throughout Tuesday the phone would drop, and tell me I was roaming, even though I had not left the city or even my house.
Called tech support (India) what a joke, no help at all, suggested I bring the phone to a repair shop.
Return the phone Wednesday morning and they switch out both phone and sim card. By 1:30pm the same issues with the phone. Called customer support (no help, could not understand why I would keep a phone that I could not recieve calls or dial out from); the store manager told me guess its you house. Seems Freedom Mobile has such few towers in London its hit and miss whether it can make it through your front door.
Returned the phone no more FREEDOM ever.

Freedom bought wind mobile
Totally upset and confused! Refused a letter from AIC Crdit Group (collections) for $113.05. Called and explained, I never had an account with Freedom, 30 year loyal Rogers cellular customer. Pluss they are looking for wrong person.
Very defensive as if I'm lying, they asked if I signed for my children? I asked what children, my adult kids graduated from 4 years post education, working and married for past two years. Then I'm asked if I signed for my grandchildren. I explained, I don't have grandchildren, then I'm asked if I signed for maybe a relative from out of town, who in their right mind would do that?
I asked them to send me the bill they are trying to collect because I have a perfect credit rating, they claimed, Freedom bought Wind, and they were outsourced by Freedom to collect outstanding accounts from Wind. Gave me a number and told be I have a week to sort it out before they report me to the credit burrow!
I spent the whole day on the phone, trying to talk to customer service in the philapines that I could not understand, nor they could understand me, transferred me to Canada customer service they claimed. Another 45 minute wait, don't know what country I was talking to, but also told they could not help to go to the mall and talk to Freedom and give DBC number, they claim the could not find anything, called back collections. Told to get a
Olive report filed, call back with officers name, badge number, station with fraud report!
I have had the same phone number since I lived in the area for 20 years, first I heard of this! Freedom I would NEVER refer you after putting me threw this! As a territory sales manager, I am shocked I cannot talk to a Canadian customer service for help!
