Stay far away from them and their pathetic customer service
Very, very poor and inconsistent service. My girl still does not have her flowers for her birthday. Yesterday I called and was told that my rush delivery fee of $20 was to be credited to my account since the delivery was not on time. Today when I called and flowers were still not delivered I was informed that I only had a credit of $8. In an effort to keep my business, I was offered a 50% discount on the arrangement based on an $8 credit. When I asked to speak to a supervisor(twice) and was denied, the operator offered me the same deal both times after returning to the phone!
Quite a bit of wasted time and disappointment for both myself and my girlfriend.
I have reported this company to the better business bureau and also online in the effort that hopefully no one else has a terrible experience with this company like I did.

FALSE ADVERTISING FOR SURE! DO NOT BELIEVE THE CLAIM FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY OR 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. THIS COMPANY HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INTEGRITY.

Non Delivery - No Response
This is the 2nd Valentines Day in a row that this company has screwed up my order!!! Both times i paid the extra fee to have delivered early...and i actually orded days in advance. I should have learned my lesson from last year but i figured i would give them another chance...boy am i sorry i did that. I have called and called...busy signal...then finally on hold and then as soon as i heard someone answer the phone it went dead!!! Can u believe they hung up a split second after they answered. I'm call the BBB here in Boston and definately lodging a complaint...i hope more people will also do this...this is sooooo frustrating...$140 bucks and they can't even get back to me.

recieved a wrong order
I purchase flowers for valentines day and when they was delivered I noticed that it was something absolutely different from my order. It was roses, but wrapping and other materials were different and lower quality. It is really upsetting be careful with this company and don't let them mess up your present.

Stay far away from them and their pathetic customer service
Another Bad commitment - I sent a same day delivery which they did not meet. They did not notify me until after the business day had passed and a birthday plant did not make it. They obviously don't know what same day delivery is. I can't believe they were endorsed by CNBC, they should read they volume of complaints and run a new segment on bad service

product not what I ordered
I ordered a bouquet of flowers from msn. The website for fromyouflowers.com then came up. I picked a bouquet but had a question about the size and called their #: 1-888-654-5144 and spoke with a nice man whose name I should have gotten but didn't.
In the course of the conversation I asked him simply how much do the flowers that arrive differ normally from the photo. I fully expected him to tell me -- such-and-such may be replaced by so-and-so, etc.Instead, he said "Oh no, we guarantee that the flowers will be exactly the same as in the photo and we stand behind that 100%."
I'm pretty good with voices and he sounded sincere -- and honest. But alas. My friend sent me a photo of the flowers, which were a surprise, as a way of showing me they'd arrived and thanking me. I was totally shocked. There was almost no resemblance between the two bouquets and the once they sent was nowhere as nice, as full, as... worth the money. I paid $35.99 and they offered to send me a $15 gift certificate and said they'd talk to the florist.
That's what's infuriating. If you buy something online and what arrives is not what you ordered, you send it back promptly and are given a full refund 99% of the time. Telling my friend to return the flowers was not something I wanted to ask her to do. But they should have offered to pick up the plant and bring the correct one or return my money.
Since I almost never order flowers, a $15 gift certificate is worth nothing to me. I told them to keep it. Probably this is much too small potatoes for you to follow up on. But it's just one of those aggravations that makes everything seem much less pleasant and an encounter that makes you want to ... do something!
Sincerely yours,
Ellen Diamond
P.S. I have the two photos online but am not sure how to transpose them into one of the formats you list for photos. I'm pasting them into an email with your address and sending it under separate cover.

Fromyouflowers.com is a scam.
Fromyouflowers.com is a fraudulent company. They never deliver although they overcharge. My balloons were never delivered although they managed to charge me three times for them!

it is better to avoid this company!
FromYouFlowers.com - these flower services are not good! I placed an order on their website but never received any confirmation and of course it wasn't complete. Later I found that they charged my card! When I tried to contact them it was impossible and all my calls were ignored. I guess it is just another scam, better don't buy from them!

Lousy cheats
They hide an extra $20.00 in fees until the last sign out screen. Stay away from these cheats.
