Frontier Communications poor business practice

My phone contract with this company ended in August 2013. I wanted to stop the service since I didn’t need it anymore. The company charged me a $300.00 early termination fee. They said that stopping the phone service changed my internet service and broke the internet service contract. After arguing they agreed to call off the early termination fee if I signed a new 2 year internet service contract at a higher rate! I’ve been an A+ customer for them for years and didn’t expect such a dishonest sales practice!

Dishonest

Billed me 100 dollar disconnection charge claiming I agreed to a 2 year contract. Never did agree. Their bills are impossible to understand. Do not deal with them. Look at the horrible ratings here . Also their pricing is very high.
