no order delivered
I purchased flowers from this florists. It supposed to be a present on my mum's birthday. I confirmed order details and paid straight away but flowers were never delivered. I tried to contact this florists but I never get an answer from them. This is just a bunch of scammers, beware and don't buy from them!

Placed order 2/12 for "Guaranteed Valentine's Day Delivery". On 2/14 no flowers showed up for my mom, received an email later that evening that they could not fulfill the order because they were too busy and would deliver on another day! I attempted to contact the company to cancel the order - they were a valentine's day gift to cheer up my mom, not a "day after valentine's day gift". I called twice, emailed, and filled out their online form to try and cancel my order. This has been going on since 5:00 PM yesterday and all i get is the runaround about the 800 number is an order call center, and that they cannot look up any order information to help me, they can only place orders? What does that even mean? There is no way to contact this company directly, only through a call center that claims to handle floral orders for multiple large companies. They keep telling me they are messaging the company to call me but that's all that they can do. FTDfloristsonline.com had no problem charging my card for $50 even though they never delivered, and have still not called me back. I reported them to my credit card company, but please beware before placing any orders with them. It appears to be a scam. There are only 5 florists in the county where my mom lives. I called all 5 this morning and NONE ever received an order from FTD for me. Where did my $50 go???

worst florist services!
beware and don't order flowers from ftd.com florists! these people are pure frauds, the flowers I've purchased were never delivered. When i contacted them they apologized and said that it happened because they didn't have flowers which I purchased, but they refused me in a refund and said that they can do only discount on my next purchase up to 50%. I just wasted money with them and I will never use their services after that!

did not send the flowers
THEY CHARGED ME TWICE FOR THE FLOWERS WHICH I DID NOT RECEIVE AT ALL! THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING MY CALLS OR ANYTHING!
