cashed deposit after puppy died
To kdmag you never showed proof to me or my vet that your dog had any genetic defect I asked for proof like the warranty states but you never showed any, people will do anything to get money back. The fact that your puppy fell down a flight of stairs at 4 months could have something to do with it. You did not do anything I recommended you to do, you changed her food to cheap grocery food and then complained that the dog was itching I told you up front not to change the food because Westies are known for allergies but you changed it anyway and complained to me about her be allergic to her food I told you to change her back to the premium food and not grocery store food you did and her allergies got better, people complain but most of the times they bring the problems upon themselves. I have had more than 400 puppies born in the last 20 years and to have 2 complaints is not a bad deal.

RIPOFF PUPPY DEPOSIT
On July 12,2013 sent deposit to Gabelle kennels in New York to owner Carol Sutton for a Westie AKC puppy.As soon as she received deposit she wasn't so nice. Hummm....Buyer's BEWARE!!!!I tried to call her and email her so I can get NEW updated photos of the puppy I was purchasing and she was MIA.Finally after attempting to get a hold of her again on July 20,2013 she viciously responded back to my email because I told her I DID NOT WANT THE PUPPY ANY LONGER!! I donot trust this breeder and I donot like the way her puppies are growing into their looks, they look sick to me, so why would I continue to send her the full purchase price of this puppy that doesn't look healthy and on top of it she Carol Sutton owner of Gabelle kennels is REFUSING to REFUND MY DEPOSIT of $220.00!? Word to the wise...I paid by credit card....I have filed a complaint with Paypal and my credit card company and I will contact other's the same.You cannot force someone to buy SICK LOOKING PUPPIES. Sell them to someone else.Gabelle Kennels is very unprofessional.

NO complaints here I had a great experience with Carol and love my puppy. Carol met me half way and I never saw the puppy before only in pictures my vet was so impressed with his appearance and health. I would buy another puppy any day. Great experience.

AVOID THIS KENNEL -MY PUPPY DIED
My puppy died. Please avoid this kennel. I put a deposit down on a Westie puppy back in Jan of 2021. The owner, Carol Sutton, said she would have a puppy for me with in the next two months. Even though I kept seeing litter after litter being born on her mywestiestv you tube channel, she still didn’t contact me for a puppy. She had $300 of my money through PayPal. When I finally contacted her , she said my puppy’s litter “died.” Two more months later, she finally contacted me about a litter that I could purchase a puppy from. She told me I could choose my puppy when it got to around 4-5 weeks. I watched my puppy on these horrible videos that you can barely get a glimpse of them while they run around. No individual pictures were sent. When it was time to chose my puppy, I told her my first and second choice. She said no to both that they were going to “older “ people. I’m 47. When it was time to pick up the puppy, she forgot the had to meet her . She then said I could only choose between red or pink ( string on puppy) not my principal choice of purple or burgundy. I really missed my dog who passed at 14, and I wanted a puppy so I chose pink. After having the puppy whom I named ANNIE, for three and a half weeks, she died. I came home, she greeted me with kisses , took a run around the room and collapsed! I was in total shock! I picked her up and she was limp. I immediately tried cpr to no avail. I then called Carol and told her the horrible news. I could barely speak. She was cold and stoic and said she probably “choked “ on a toy. The dog was running around and just finished licking me. I had that on video. Instead of being sympathetic, she deflected , made excuses , did not offer anything . Her vet records are written in by her. I called her vet to confirm the cause of death had to be heart related. Carol refused to give me a refund or replace the puppy. She has been a nightmare from start to finish. Please do not get fooled by her cute Westie puppy videos on YouTube. This is their main source of income. They breed these dogs constantly! Please avoid this woman and her business. She is unprofessional and treats her customers horribly! Takes your money and you won’t hear from her for long periods of time. I learned a hard lesson here . This has been traumatizing enough but to deal with Carol has made it even worse . She’s a nasty petty greedy woman as welll as a liar and very uneducated who won’t return my money for a dog I had 3 weeks. I paid 1,000. I don’t have a puppy or any of my money back. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!
