Very rude and unprofessional

I was rear ended while at a red light by someone on there cell phone and didn't notice the light was red. I have been battling with GB for a year now. All i'm requesting is lost wages and pain and suffering from the whip lash which caused soreness to neck and jaw for about 45 days. That's it. No surgeries needed, no major medical problems. Simple. GB can't even settle this. The adjuster Howard Landin I find to be rude and acts as if I asking for millions. You would think he would want to settle such a simple claim and close the case. I do feel they are prolonging this so that I just go away. GB is a horrible Co. and I truly feel their employees might of started with a heart which is now a stone. BAD BAD people. Connie A. Very rude and unprofessional

I am blessed, by the Glory and Might of God.
I will say they have paid all the medical bills,
All my prescriptions, and they are still paying me.
I was injured 6 months ago, and am waiting upon
them to approve my surgery or have a hearing.
I have a great attorney, he has been a huge blessing.
Pray and believe that we are more than conquerors om
Christ Jesus!!! Together we will conquer Goliath.

How shameless..

My wife got a really serious injury at work and GALLAGHER BASSETT claimed without any grounds that it wasn't at work! That's a lie and an extremely unethical one! How shameless..

Unethical, Unprofessional and surly

I was injured on the job (had witnesses) and Gallagher Bassett denied that I was injured on the job. I've spent 5 months on crutches, no financial support and no cooperation from GB. Their reps are hard core and uncompassionate. God forbid anything ever happen to any of them where they are in danger of losing their house, their savings and everything else. I don't have any family where I live, so I've had to depend on the financial and housing support of various friends. They've donated money so that I could keep my car and be able to drive to Dr appts. They have denied all medical and prescription support. It's been 5 months and they haven't even paid my emergency room bill yet, so that is hitting my credit report. These people should not be allowed to get away with the things they get away with. Bea is the most uncompassionate, rude, surly b*&^$@ I have ever had the extreme misfortune to deal with. How she has a job is beyond me. She has been a disorganized disaster with my claim. My advice to anyone that has to deal with this organization: get a good attorney as soon as possible. Most attorneys and Drs that have dealt with GB, dispise them, so it won't be difficult to find one.
My next letter will be to the BBB. If you end up in a similar situation, please write to your BBB - they need to be held accountable for how awful their clients are treated. If this was any other business, they would be done.
