The above complaints listed here were made by FALSE customers pretending that they were different customers of Gallery 925. I am the owner of the company so I replied to each one addressing their complaint, requesting an invoice, offering assistance and they did not reply.
I sent an email to report these erroneous complaints to Reviews /Talk addressing each one but they have not replied. When you read the terms of use of this website, you will find they do not verify any complaints nor do they allow a rebuttal or resolution platform for the customer and business.
I know who the perpetrator/s are. They have for 2 months now been in an extortion campaign via online defamation.
As a consumer and a business owner , one must question what the purpose of a site like this as it is not constructive and allows anyone to make unsubstantiated complaints.
Thank you.

GALLERY 925 SCAM SHOP
In March I sold Gallery 925 a piece of jewellery with four undamaged pendants and sent it to Gallery 925 on 23rd March. In April Gallery 925 requested to return the jewellery for a full refund of $6,145.80. In accordance with my eBay refund policy I refunded Gallery 925 $6,145.80 on 14th April 2013 via Pay Pal. I later received a shipment from Gallery 925 on 18th April 2013. Upon inspection of the received goods, they are clearly different from the originally sold goods. Pictures we have clearly shows that Gallery 925 swapped out two of the flower pendants from the neck ring, with similar pendants, but not the same ones! The pictures show that the new pendants I received back are damaged and are a different colour tone than the ones I originally sent!! The goods I received back from Gallery 925 are worth far less than the goods I originally sent to Gallery 925. I have refunded Gallery 925 the full purchase price but have not received my original goods back! I request that Gallery 925 either send me back the original goods OR reimburse me $6145.80
Gallery 925 has been appealing this case since the refund date..
We have proof that the she returned FAKE jewellery, we know that the jewellery we received back is not the same as the original jewellery we sold Gallery 925.
PLEASE RETURN THE ORIGINAL GEORGE JENSEN NO:238 THAT WE SOLD YOU OR REFUND US $6145.80

Gallery 925 Responds
Company Owner Responds.
As many businesses who conduct themselves on line, we expose ourselves to on line fraud and scams as well as erroneous complaints on review sites. Unfortunately, reputable and experienced dealers can be defrauded, left to defend themselves on sites like this which feature unfiltered anonymous reviews. In March of this year, I fell victim to online attempted fraud by Leo Olsen, Perth Au, What started as a routine purchase of a rare Georg Jensen item by myself on EBay from Leo Olsen, soon escalated into a defamation campaign by he and his aliases. They are posting libelous reviews under several names. Not one of whom are customers of Gallery 925. Leo Olsen is a disgruntled onetime eBay seller who lost in a claim dispute over mis-described goods . This person is committing extortion/blackmail by exacting online revenge via a defamation campaign against Gallery 925. He is attempting to get me to pay him $ 6,145- 10,000 for goods I already returned via eBay's ruling. He thinks he will achieve this by posting on complaint sites which allow unfiltered claims. He and is actually committing LIBEL, per se which is a civil offense punishable by law. He has even threatened me with lines like "it's all over for you" Our motor cycle gang is going to San Francisco to pay you a visit" He went on my FB business page and sent Libelous messages to those businesses who liked my page.
What kind of person does this?
The facts: I purchased TWO items from this seller, a Vintage Georg Jensen Necklace and Georg Jensen Belt buckle with blue enamel described in mint condition for $6145.80 paid via pay pal. They were shipped uninsured from Perth Au and BOTH pieces arrived damaged( small chips and dings) and not in the condition described in the listing. There was no damage to the packaging or pieces in the packaging. I contacted the seller immediately requesting a return, he refused, claiming it was my fault and that I had switched his products. This is preposterous assertion as both items are very rare to find alone, let alone find together. That is why I paid such a sum of money for silver jewelry. I had previously only seen these items in a book and they are sought after by collectors of Georg Jensen. As with all vintage collectibles, condition is paramount so I was very dis-satisfied to see the purchase was not as described.
Result: It escalated to the EBay Hi- Value claims Dept. After a full review of both sides, EBay ruled against the seller, Leo Olsen because the goods he sold me were mis-described in his listing as in mint condition when they were not. The seller was unable to prove he shipped his goods in the condition described and the images he had in the original eBay listing were deceptive, hiding the dings and chips with a Georg Jensen gift box and no detailed images. EBay saw through him. EBay requested detailed photographic evidence from the seller and he was unable to show one piece of physical evidence to support his claim. He even tried using a picture he found on the Internet from an an Auction house Leonard Joel Australia which he used to claim was his. I provided my images of goods received, they were not professional images but they proved the damage. EBay ruled against Leo Olsen requiring that he refund my money. This is a FINAL RULING under the terms and conditions which both parties must accept at the inception of the claim. I returned the goods as received received a refund and the case was closed .
Immediately there after and on-going, the seller Leo Olsen is trying to force the sale after the eBay's Final ruling by posting defamatory reviews where ever he can and as often as he can. It seems he has very little else to do and he perhaps he has a few little helpers. His twitter account and google plus account say he is from Pa hang Malaysia, yet the sale and the seller Leo Olsen is from Perth Australia. Quite strange to say the least.
I welcome any customers or potential customers to contact me directly via email for any additional information regarding this complaint/s. No business should have to put up with people like this, but the Internet leaves us, vulnerable to on-line assault and this one has been most egregious. . My error was making a bad choice in purchasing these goods without knowing the seller well or getting more detailed pictures prior to the purchase. I have all the evidence of this case soon to be posted on my website. I would post pictures here but the files are to big.
Lesson: When buying on the Internet, be sure the pictures you get have details of condition and that the dealer has experience in the field well as a seller who offers a full guarantee of satisfaction.
The person/s making these erroneous claims have nothing else to do and this website allows the same user post over and over.
Thank you,
Rachel Prater

owner responds
As the owner of the company, I have replied to each of these people via the "send" message. requesting proof or purchase.
They did not reply.
If any of them had a legitimate complaint, they could contact the BBB where my business is an accredited member with ZERO complaints.
BBB will require proof of purchase and physical evidence.
This website is not a legitimate platform to resolve complaints. It serves no purpose other than to collect advertising revenue. Anyone reading their terms of service can conclude for themselves the legitimacy of this "kind" of website.
