These guys think they are super smart, read the contract you sign carefully. I have an option to return the item after a certain period of time. But they want me to pay restocking fee.
The customer representatives are super rude, and dont even know details on the contract.
They direct me to the website to review return policies.
This whole situation is a scam! you not buy from them.

Tried to order a computer from them. They said all was a go...after talking to my bank, verifying everything...etc. Well...all I get is a call every evening, about the same time, saying that my address is not my address and then they were out of the product and would substitute another top of the line product in it's place...and then...the address thing started up again. After they said it was corrected, it was stated the item would reach my doorstep in 5 - 8 business days. Tonight...they called with the address problem again...and I told the lady to just cancel my order...period. Because I have ordered from them before and they had no problem with my address. BTW...if they are taking money out of your "checking account'...you can put a stop payment on it...for of course, you guessed it, the bank will do it for a small fee. But...it will keep Gallery Home Store out of your money and account and having to fight them tooth and nail to get them to put the money back. What the hell is wrong with this world today, always something for nothing.
