dead pixels are common in monitors. all companies that i know of wont replace a monitor without at least a few dead pixels.

I think that is your problem. You were reading betweeen the lines and not the actual lines.

scam company, they offer you a warranty but they don't honour it
This company is a scam, stay away from them! They offer you one year warranty for your purchase but it never work, they never honour that. I purchased two computers from them and it was big big mistake. STAY AWAY!

lies, fake promises, no support services
Purchased a computer from them for $700 and they offered me 24 hours support services in case of problems. Well in four month my computer was own so I tried to contact them numerous times to get some help and it was absolutely useless. It seems that they don't have support service or it is not working but nobody cares. Well now I can conclude that their promises were lies, so buyers, beware and think twice before dealing with them!
