For over 23 years we've had a contract we could depend upon. In the past year it has gone to hell. The repairmen are great but the office service is worse than awful. We have spent over 50 hours on the phone with 'representatives' who, after an hour wait of Sears 'music' are transferred to another department for another hour wait only to be disconnected on their end. The repairman has been here countless times after all sorts of delays, orders parts, then more wait to schedule appointment when the parts arrive, wait an additional two months to be told wrong parts, needs to be replaced. Orders the permission to replace said unit, wait another three months of constant phone calls on our end with NO results. I have parts we don't need, a broken and damaged microwave, frustration and aggravation up to the ying-yang and STILL NO MICROWAVE. I have contacted customer service telling our story yet again for the upteenth time and was sent to a "you gotta pay five dollars for a week trial, $37 per month after that unless you unsubscribe within due time" site to be ABLE TO TALK with a rep to resolve our issue. Nope, been doing business with you many many years from this location, with coverage on ALL our appliances as well as Lawn Equiptment with no problems, until now. PLEASE RESOVLE THIS ISSUE FOR US our contract renewal is due by September 14 and we have seriously considered another warrantly company. Our phone number is 601=799-5363.
