False Information & Shipment Shortage
Genco is terrible and sales salvage items as returns. I see they respond and say call us for help but I could not get a return phone call to save my life. Be wise and stay away from these people, they will rip you off.

Got ripped off
I agree with all of you who had or has had a bad experience with Genco. I had the same bad experience with them. I purchased a load for $8900 and most of the items were junk/salvage. In addition, I missed 22 items and they were the good stuff (ipod touches). I called the sales rep (Ray Gallagher) and he told me he'll get in touch with warehouse to find out about the missing items and he never got back to me. Subsequent calls were no help and I even called the manager (Vince Curtain) there and he never returned my calls. I reported
Genco to Better Business Bureau (BBB), but Genco refused to resolve the dispute. My advice to you all - KEEP REPORTING GENCO TO BBB. Right now, they have an A rating. This is a bad company.
I ended up losing about $4000 on that deal. So beware of Genco!!! That's why they only accept wire taransfer because with wire transfers you can't file a claim with your bank.

Don't by from Genco Marketplace
I too got ripped off from Genco Marketplace. . They advertise un-inspected dotcom return HDTVs for 10% of retail when it should be labeled as salvaged. It all came with broken screens and obviously been tested as bad with broken screens. It was even labeled on the box "broken screen".

File FTC complaint
For those of you that got ripped off by Genco. I know we might not see our money back but you should considering file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. If enough of us file complaints they will launch an investigation into Genco's trade practices and maybe even get them shut down. Just google file ftc complaint.
