no order and no customer support service
Placed an order online. They said that I am going to receive it in 10 days. I've been waiting for it about one month and never received it. Tried to contact them but it seems that they don't have any customer support service!

Cannot get a response from customer service on line because it keeps saying they have no record of my order even though I received an e-mail confirmation of it; I tried to cancel the order immediately after placing it because it was totally misleading and didn't even know what I was actually getting and the total price until they already had my credit card amount. It is 2 days later now and they are still saying they have no record of my order
