Unauthorized charges

You may not have cancelled in time or correctly to kep from being charged. Try again, and if you are still being billed, dispute the charge with your bank. From their website:

You may cancel your subscription to GetRentToOwn.com at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS. To cancel, click the link "Cancel" on the "My Account" page and follow the simple instructions provided. You may also cancel by telephone during business hours. Please call us at 888.596.4702 from Monday-Friday, 6AM-6PM PST and Saturday-Sunday, 9AM-5PM PST.
