hidden fees
This company is a scam! I bought a gift card on $50 for them, but my son was able to use only $10 from this card, because $40 is a fee which they charge people! This is ridiculous! They said me that it is in an agreement, but I couldn't find it!

giftcards.com is a fraudulent company
My sister was scammed by these guys. She got a gift card for $300 from them and wanted to use it to take us out for a baseball game. It's been a few years since we could find a proper time and finally we arranged the time. We went to use it and it turned out the card's empty. Stay away from this website!

NOTHING received after purchasing with them. Tried to call them 3 times about this problem and emailed them twice but they take NO responsibility for their purchases, don't even answer their "customer service" emails and blame the post office for not processing their orders. HORRIBLE "CUSTOMER SERVICE", HORRIBLE COMPANY AND WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!
