Poor service and mediocre pictures costly pricing

Funny how people expect everything for Nothing! You mentioned you got great service, there were exceptions made for you. You had your hair curled again & again. What other place does this for their customers????? None that I know of. Negotiating really? Do you negotiate at Walmart or any other store? Prices are prices and they are given up front they are even on the web site for viewing. Glamour shots goes thru great lengths to inform customers prior to their sessions. I know because I have had many sessions.
Bottom line you get what you pay for! You can't purchase a B.M.W. for Saturn prices. There are many places for photography people choose Glamour Shots for a reason... Because they are the BEST!
