This is an internet fraud!
I decided to take a loan online from a company that offers such services. I confirmed everything, and even was a charged for a fee. I thought i will be charged only one time. But after some time i found out a company called GLD MY SCORE took money from my account several times regarding my loan. I tried to find their contacts in the internet, but wasn't able to. If anyone can help me with that, i'll be grateful. Avoid GLD MY SCORE if you suddenly hear about them!

Taking money out of my acct unauthorized
This place has been taking close to $30 and $4.95 out of my account every month, sometimes twice a month. I want to know what to do about this. I am on social security, so I dont get much money as it. If you could let me know where I can send my complaint (preferrable their address or email, Maybe I can get some of my money back. I've had my electric shut off, insurance canceled ect......
I would appreciate any help that you can give me.

I checked my credit on a supposedly free site given to me by my credit union . I only put the card number in because I thought that was how it was checked . it then came up they charged me a dollar. this was acouple of months ago . One dollar did not upset me but I checked my ffcu accout and tsaw a charge of 16.95 was charged to my credit union 2 days ago and I did not approve it

I CALLED 3 OR 4 TIMES, FIRST CALL I WAS PROMISED A REFUND WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS, AFTER 10 BUSINESS DAYS I CALLED AGAIN, I WAS TRANSFERRED TO A "SUPERVISOR" ONLY THE TRANSFER ONLY PUT ME THROUGH TO A "SURVEY" THAT KEPT ME ON HOLD, I CALLED AGAIN (1-855-531-7958) AND ASKED FOR THEIR ADDRESS SO I COULD REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR FRAUD, I WAS GIVEN THIS ADDRESS: 111 DURKEE RD. NORTHEAST 120, CLEVELAND, TN, 37323. I JUST CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT AND MIRACULOUSLY THEY DID RETURN EVERY PENNY TO MY ACCOUNT IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS. I AM STILL REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO THE BBB, I FEEL VERY LUCKY TO HAVE MY MONEY BACK- $29.95. I HOPE THIS HELPS.

Security risk
I called the no. given and was put on hold and transferred several times. They do not answer when I called back. Also could not get my score They did not take my dollar out instead they took out 29.95. This is fraud. What can a person do about it so they can't take more pmts.

I tried this website so my attorney could get a quick access to my credit reports but I was charged the $1 trial price, and the $24.95 first month's charge for the program I went ahead and joined and a week later was charged $29.99. I called them and got put on hold for 17 minutes. I finally gave up and called back the next day and then I did get my $29.99 refunded but could not get her to cancel my account to be assured that there would be no more charges. Now I can't even find the website anymore to see my scores. Talk about getting kicked while you're down!!

identity theft?
Oh, yeah, and....I called them about a possible breech to my ss number. I got a late notice for a bill that isn't mine and one of the reports had me living in TN. So I'm afraid that someone is using my information and I paid for a program that was suppose to watch for identity theft and check into possible theft for me. All she told me was I'd better write to the late notice company and tell them it wasn't my debt. So....what did I pay them for???

I have a phone # for ALL of you to call to get your acct closed through this so call company. I told the woman if she did not close my acct an stop taking my money that I would notify the BBB and the FBI or whom ever it would take to find them and shut them down. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS
I am a single mother and use every penny I make! I went to go to the doctor today and found that I only had 17.76 left in my account!!! I found out that this company has been attempting to pull money from my account for months and now was successful. The only way to stop this from what I was told is to freeze your card and have another one issued then file a dispute after the debit is successful so my money can be returned to me. I am so upset right now! So much for my doctor's appointment this morning. I am in tears...
I just lost my grandmother and because I had to make an unexpected trip back home because of her illness up until her death I have been so behind on everything. This was the last thing that I truly needed :(

I am currently unemployed and therefore had he time to set up an online service to management my credit card. That's when found this charge! I just got lucky today. Now I need to go and check my bank statements. I also am a single mother with barely the resources to live. These people just helped themselves to almost $30???? How do they get away with this? I never even put my credit card info into a website. How did they find it? How many other innocent people have been scammed?

Gold My Score are thiefs
My account was unbalanced. When I went into the bank the showed my that Gold My Score had taken money from my account on 3 different occasions. I spoke with a women who gave me a cancellation number and then transferred me to a man. He then stated that I would receive a refund in 3 days back onto my card and apologized. I then informed my bank but never received a refund. When I called back to Gold My Score #8553319531,The line is busy or automatically hangs up. These people are crooks and thiefs but God will have the last Word!

Fraud!!!!!
This is a fraud! I signed up for a free credit score and was charged 99.00. I contacted my bank and called GLD My Score and they agreed to charge only the introduction fee of $1.00. Later I found that they automatically took out aq total of $209.55 out over the next 6 months. I called the number listed on my bank statement and talked to 3 different individuals who after giving my phone number, name, and card number could not find my account. After talking again with the bank, I was told that the only resolution was to cancel that card and get a new one which meant that I went 10 days without electronic access to my account. I then found the number of this web site. I tried it and got the same run around that I had gotten 3 times before. Hopefully they can't get into my account for withdrawals again. I only got 1 credit score report. It was an expensive mistakie.

"Simple" way to get refund and deactivate MyScore account
I've been charged $29 a month for the past year. I finally found this webpage and was able to use the correct phone numbers to get my refunds and cancel my account. The shady aspect is that you call one number to get your refunds, and then another number to cancel your account. (855) 421-9615 Leads you to customer service that will literally spend 30 minutes getting you a refund. When she was done, I asked what the number was to deactivate my account and she said she didn't know, and told me to look at my bank's billing statements. I use online banking so I didn't want to have to call the bank,etc. luckily, I found the number posted on here. 1 (855) 331-9531 Will lead you to a representative that will try to talk you out of cancelling your account, by offering added features and a discounted price. I probably said "please just cancel my account" at least 15 times. He finally said he was in the process of deactivating my account. He said they had some questions to ask. The ONLY question he then asked me was "how did you find the phone number for this company." I am being 100% serious and honest. I hesitated for a split second and said I found it on my billing statement, which obviously isn't true.
Long story short, the woman said they have refunded me for 3 months total, equaling $80-some, and the man said they cancelled my account and gave me the confirmation code.
at the end of the end of the conversation, they ask you to tell your experience blah blah blah, so I heard the *beep* and told them all the BS I and others have had to face while having an account with MyScore and then the maze you have to endure to try to cancel your account.
I hope this post helps people in the same situation I was in. I'm writing this using my iPhone so I'm sure there are some typos.

I also had money taken out almost immediately. For the trial of $1.00. This is the number I received from where I get my money. 1-888-490-0810. I called them and asked for a Supervisor. Wouldn't talk to anyone else. Told them that if my money wasn't back on my card that I was going to the authorities. Also the BBB.
Finally talked to the 'very Head one' (?????) told them to expedite it, and it better be back on my card by the end of today. Plus I will be in touch with with the BBB. It also sounds like a English lady first talking. So maybe it is coming from the rag heads in England. Just keep asking for the Supervisor. GOOD LUCK, EVERYBODY!!!!!

THIS IS A FRAUD. I saw $29.95 on my bank account as a charge from this company. I did NOT sign up for this...not even the $1 trial. I called 1-855-331-9531. Lady said was cancelled now and gave confirmation number. Was then referred to refund dept. and had to wait on hold for 10 minutes ...Lady answered and said she took care of getting my refund which should be done in 3-5 days.

fraudulent scams
I also am a victim of this fraud, the fact is that I did not contact, authorize or had any knowledge of GLDSCR until it occurred on my credit card account.$ 29.95 had been extracted from my account for the last 3 months. I contacted my credit card account and they sent me a form to dispute it. Thanks to all you guys for supplying the information that I needed to make contact and request my refund.
