I had signed up for a credit check for $1.00 and now they just withdrew $28.95. I tried calling to unsubscribe and
all I get is placed on hold. It was withdrawn from my account now. 855-331-9531 is the number I called.

deception
I requested my credit score which was advertised as $1.00. Instead my credit card was charged $28.95 and $8.95. I called and was told this would be a monthly charge. I did not authorize these charges and when asked to have them removed was transferred and then cut off. Called several times....still no solution.

I had signed up for a credit check for $1.00 and now they just withdrew $28.95. I tried calling to unsubscribe and
all I get is placed on hold. It was withdrawn from my account every month. I tried calling the No. 855-331-9531 many times but i am not able to get the call. Please cancel my membership from My Score immediately. My Membership ID# 45301056. Its urgent otherwise i will have to take a action against you.

A big deception
I too tried to call the number 855 331 9531 and I got an offer of a walmart card but no person. I am fed up with this run around and
the next call I make will be to my senator to ask how this can happen.

unable to cancel
I honestly knew it was a scam when the only way to cancel is call a phone number, but of course they don't say that until after you're signed up. I've called twice and get silence followed by offers for junk and to do a satisfaction survey with no person. I think it's time to get a lawyer for a class action lawsuit.

I called last week and told i would be refunded money for the past 3 months within the next 5 business days and i still have no refund. I called today was on hold for 15 minutes before the guy hung up in my face I called back to back and says the number is disconnected tried again finally went through but no one answered i was on the phone for 30 minutes finally decided to hang up i called this number 1 855-331-9531 FREE getting extremely pissed and am ready to take legal action. i just don't understand refund the $90 or loose more money in a legal action.

I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS COMPANY TO WITHDRAW $29.95/MO FOR THEIR SERVICES. WHEN I ATTEMPT TO CLOSE THIS BOGUS ACCOUNT AND GET A REFUND OF MY MONEY, I WAIT ON LENGTHY HOLDS WITH MUSIC EVER INCREASING IN VOLUME (IS THAT A TACTIC TO GET PEOPLE TO GIVE UP?).
THEN I GET A RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WHO CHALLENGES ME WHEN I TELL HIM I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THE SERVICE. "DID I WANT MY CREDIT SCORES". "NO" I SAY, I ALREADY HAD THE SERVICE THROUGH MORE REPUTABLE SOURCES (EXPERIAN AND TRANSUNION). THEN HE TRIES TO SELL ME ON WHY I SHOULD KEEP IT. IN MY EXPERIENCE, COMPANIES THAT HAVE RUDE, UNCOOPERATIVE EMPLOYEES, ESPECIALLY CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE THERE TO BE DETERRENTS AND MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANY RESOLUTION AT ALL.
I TELL HIM REFUND MY MONEY OR I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH BBB AND CONSUMER PROTECTION.
AND THAT'S JUST WHAT I'M GOING TO DO NOW!

I have been on hold with the main number 855-331-9531 for 42 minutes so far. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR SERVICES! You WILL be charged and have to dispute it with your credit card company after the fact. They will not answer the phone so that you can cancel.
I highly suggest dealing directly with the credit reporting agencies: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. You can get a FREE credit report from each agency annually.

FREE SCORE CONNECT; NOT FREE...FRAUD
I have called the main number 855-331-9531 and these additional numbers: 855-703-0260 and 888-840-4635 and 855-421-9613. You can't get a person to answer at all. I have been holding for the main number for 50 minutes now. Apparently they won't let you cancel.
I also called my credit card company and they said that all l can do is dispute the charges as they are made and hope that they give my money back. :(
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FREE SCORE CONNECT!!! It is NOT free and you CANNOT cancel.
FRAUD...FRAUD...FRAUD!!!

I noticed today i have received a withdrawal of $29.95 from my checking account...I haven't made any recent online purchases;..i am disabled and on social security and i live off one small check each month and i only make just enough to survive...I called the number 855-331-9531 to have myself removed and to stop getting charges on my debit card but all i get is no answer...If this is not taken care of i will take action and i will get a lawyer for a class action lawsuit.

Never signed up--closed my CC account
This is the second time they have gotten charges assigned to my credit card without my permission--I have never contacted this company for anything and have no idea who the person is that they are saying is charging my account. I had the same problem at first with being on hold forever and then being disconnected. I called back 7 times before I got someone who would help me, so hang in there! I closed my credit card account and opened another with the same company the last time, with them saying this is the way to handle the problem. Apparently not. This time I have closed the account altogether, did not open another account and will have to go to another company for credit now. Now I don't trust MyScore or my previous credit card company.

unauthorized charges
Unauthorized charge was posted to my credit card account of $1.00 on June 20th and another for $29.99 on June 28th. When I called, they had an entirely different name and address on the account. How ironic as this is supposed to be a credit monitoring company! They said they would remove the charges... we'll see. In any event, I had to call my bank, get a new credit card waste lots of time during work hours to get it all resolved! Clearly, their security protocols need to be examined, especially since they are supposedly a company that is supposed to protect credit and identity. It all seems shady and I would definitely stay away!

BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE .......
I never even completed the trial offer login screen.
I felt it was unscrupulous so I "x" ed out the screen with my information on it and deleted the address in my browser window (closed it) and NEVER completed the process. A couple of days later there is a charge of $3.00 deducted from my bank account and I didn't remember buying anything so I looked up the number and see that it is this company.
Then I see how many complaints have been filed for years and said OH $HIT ...... here we go, once they have your credit card info, they will bill and not credit you and then even months or years later deduct more - EVEN if you get a new credit-debit card. Happened to my elderly Aunt with US Bank.
ALL OF YOU who are going through this should file a complaint with the Attorney General's office not only in YOUR individual state but also the state this company is located in (Tennessee).
They need to jail these people and jail the workers who answer and say they are canceling and crediting you and do not.
There are deceptive trade practice regulations in every state that are basically the same that is supposed to protect citizens/consumers from deception and fraud like this and we as citizens need to DEMAND that our state Attorney's do their jobs and round these criminals up and jail them to deter others from doing the same.
Stop and think if millions of people get just $1.00 deducted from them and these crooked criminal companies keep it, that is a million dollars these crooks have pocketed ....... so DO YOUR PART and file that complaint now. Type in google or your search engine the Attorney General in your state and the Attorney General website in Tennessee and FILE that complaint.

Annoying, But Not Deceptive
I signed up for a 7 day free trial because I do offers to get currency for a game I play. Once about 5 days had passed I called and they cancelled my account prior to being charged. I think they're pretty clear about the fact that they'll start charging you a monthly rate once the free trial is over if you don't call to cancel. It may not be advertised in big letters, but that's why it's important to always read the fine print when giving anyone your credit card number. I find it frustrating that you have to call and then be transferred to a different department after explaining that you'd like to cancel, but at the end of the day they do that so that they can try and give it one last shot to try and persuade you to stay in business with them. Like I said previously, the only reason I signed up for the free trial was for currency for the game I play, but for those of you that are simply interested in a free credit report-- do yourselves a favor and just sign up for creditkarma.com. It's free and you don't even have to put in a credit card number; they give you monthly reports. I find it extremely surprising that these companies are in business when there's companies out there that give the same service for free and without the hassle. Just my two cents :)

Rent to own or credit score
I did not sign up for anything did not rent to own anything so 50 bucks for 7 months I want refunded will be contacting the attorney generals office in my state and in Tennessee.
