call this for a refund!

I called 1-855-421-9615 and the csr stated that he refunded the money to my card, no questions or argument, unlike the 1st csr I spoke to! He said it may take 3-5 days to refund to my card, we will see, but I recommend this number as opposed to 1-855-506-9175, which is the number that showed on my transaction history. When I called that number, the rep refused to refund, refused to forward me to a supervisor, and accused me of trying to cancel a random person's account, even though the charges were on my card! I've never dealt with anyone so rude! I told him I would wait on the line for a supervisor, he still refused, I still waited for 2 hours on the line and he still refused to transfer me to a supervisor, he hung up on me at that point.
