Another dissatisfied customer
This company is just awful! They lie repeatedly and make the same excuses to customers for failure to deliver as promised. I ordered two 10k Claddagh rings on May 17 for my husband and I to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We were leaving for a cruise on June 12 and I wanted the surprise for then. Initial response was that items would ship the next day (I paid for expedited shipping). The next day I got an email that one ring was out of stock—but yesterday it was in stock and I had a shipping notice saying so. However, it would arrive in time for the trip so I wasn’t worried. Fast forward..no shipping or tracking notice. My ring eventually arrived—the quality is much less than I expected for the price, but at least I got something. Hubby’s ring is still MIA. Back and forth emails between kl and I (always saying it was referred to her manager), the Maria and I (always excuses and offers of discounts, promises of shipment, etc), and Harry and I (the “manager” who gave lots more excuses and discount rebates, but again, couldn’t provide tracking or shipment). Long story short, I filed a dispute with PayPal. Sent emails to support my case. Apparently Glencara was notified as responses started to indicate they knew funds were being held. PayPal asked me to confirm issue was resolved (I guess Glencara tried to claim I was now satisfied). Sent the further emails showing that I was still attempting to get my item and they were still giving me excuses. PayPal found in my favor and refunded my money in full! Do not use this company. Their catalog and offerings look beautiful, but their ability to deliver what you order is sketchy at best. What couldn’t they deliver to me? A 10k yellow gold Claddagh ring. No fancy design, just a basic plain Claddagh. One I can walk into a local jeweler and buy today. Stay away. Less frustrating for you!!!
