False ad

This company misrepresents their product. I ordered a ring because of the advertisement. When I received the product the stone was a completely different color. I contacted them. Their customer service response from a manager was poor. I will never recommend or purchase from them again.

Terrible service, bad company

I ordered a celtic engagement ring, they charged me for the ring and the money was taken from my account and after waiting for a couple of weeks I enquired to check on the status and got a reply that that type of ring was out of stock being made and would be in stock in a week or so.
On June 8 I emailed them asking where the ring was and they told me there was a backlog of emails.
On June 11 I got a message telling me it was to ship on the 12th June and sorry for the delay.
On June 25th I got an email telling me that my email has been sent to the manager.
On June 26th I got an email telling me that they had a backlog in emails and that the ring had just left the store and was on it's way to their office for shipment.
On June 27th I looked up the consumer complaints board and found many complaints from people having the same issues as I was having. I sent an email to Glencara requesting information on my order.
On June 28th I received an email telling me that my email had been sent to the manager once again.
On June 28th I received an email from the manager Harry with a long sales pitch telling me how great a service that they provide and how happy customers are with them.
on July 3rd I received an email telling me that they had sent my email to the manager once again. Still no sign of the ring.

What a joke

I ordered wedding rings the first week in Feb after being guaranteed they would arrive within a month of us ordering them they arrived the day before my wedding on the 28th April they didn't fit so we sent them back.
They started a remake on the 6th of May 51 emails later it is now the 2nd of August and we still don't have rings. We have now asked for our money back and been told that will not happen as they have made 4 rings for us at great cost to them.
I have 7 emails saying they sent them already 4 emails saying they got stopped at quality control 2 emails saying the jeweller was having difficulties. Do not purchase anything from them if you want it in a timely fashion. They are appalling liars and we could not be more disappointed.

I think i was scammed

I paid over $500 for a ring that i have not received. I would reccomend people stay away from this company. I ordered an engagement ring and not receiving this ring ruined my plans to propose.
