rip off artist

I purchased 2 gold chains that looked NOTHING like the picture on the website. The chains I received are thin and very cheap. I have emailed customer service and they only wanted to exchange the chains. When I replied that I wanted a refund the emails stopped. Therefore I mailed back the chains to the address on the packing list just like the refund policy states, and they came back in the mail today saying address unknown. FRAUDS TOOK MY $400 AND I WANT IT BACK.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. NOTHING BUT CONS!!
