Fraud and cheating!
I have been on many of their tours, and have never experienced anything but excellent value, excellent service, and the best times of my life. I'll take that coupon if you aren't using it :)

Shame on Go Ahead
just returned from a Go Ahead tour to Cuba. Havana and Cayo Santa Maria. Too expensive for the value.this trip itinerary was incomplete and many things promised were NOT delivered. First was a one night stay in Miami at Springfield suites near the airport. Stained carpet, stained sofa, smelly room and dirt, dust, a dead bug behind the table between the beds. Disgusting. On to Havana. Memories Miramir hotel was fair. Beautiful lobby and pool but beds were terrible, no way to get comfortable.never saw bay of pigs area or had a discussion on it which was on the itinerary. Museum of the revolution was not in English and no guide provided, most people didn't go in. Welcome drinks were not good, food mediocre, silly pretend excursions....visited an artist in his home, beautiful fathers home that was not typical of a Cubans home. His father had worked out of the country for 30 years. I can NOT for the life of me figure out why our trip was over 3500.00$ U.S. PP. our excursions cost barely anything. We went to a hot craft market to wander unescorted, we went to a room to dance with 74 to 94 year old nursing home residents. We saw children sing a national song and small dance at a community type center. Stopped at a rest stop where there were guinea pigs, an oxen and roosters then a man squeezed sugar cane for a drink. Went to a cigar shop to buy rum and cigars. Best thing about this trip was the air conditioned bus with a toilet. NO thought for your customers Go Ahead!!! Shame on you, this was a POOR, NOT WELL PLANNED, EXPENSIVE, PRETEND tour. So disappointed. Duped and taken by this company!

I bought a tour to Italy for more than 4K. On day of my flight I came to airport, but was not allowed on plain because Locator form was not filled out. For more than hour I tried to obtain this form, but unsuccessful and had to cancel my tour. I am deeply humiliated. I requested my money back, but EF Go Ahead Tours only agree to give me 3.7K voucher for another trip(and another humiliation). I filed complaint with Department of Consumer Affairs and, if it not help, will see them in court. I need my money back!
