nothing was delivered
I ordered flowers to be delivered on the Mothers day and they never delivered anything. However, they still charged my account! They have never returned my phone calls.

sub-standard floral arrangement
I ordered a very nice arrangement for a family members funeral from GoFlorist.com aka Flowers & Balloons. The arrangement that was delivered to the funeral home in no way resembled what was ordered and was probably purchased for less than $20 at a grocery store. Also, the charge should have been approximately $70 but my credit card was charged over $90! The worst part of this whole mess is that the funeral was that of a career military man in his 80's, highly decorated veteran whose memory was dishonored by the dishonesty of this company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

ill quality and quantity
I ordered an "orange mix of flowers" for my Aunt's 90th Birthday. She lives in Cape Canaveral. I opted out of the vase, so I could order a nicer arrangement, and she already has vases. They used a Florist in Cocoa Beach called Beasley's Florist. What she got was one orange carnation with four green ferns in a slim vase. The one conversation I had was with a Roa, probably a fake name, who took all my information down and said she will advise the "floor manager" and this will be corrected asap. Charged my account $40.00 bucks. I have called, and emailed, but have gotten no return calls or emails. The florist did respond to my very nasty email, but suggested I CALL the owner of Beasley's. What a loser. I asked why did I have to do all the legwork. There has yet to be an offer to correct the situation or refund my money.
DO NOT USE GOFLORIST.COM OR BEASLEY'S FLORIST IN COCOA BEACH, FL. I told the Beasley's florist that I was coming there in June and I will make it a point to stop in and berate everyone there, and to post a sign on the street.
