False advertising
jgeellsca, Goldexperts are not scammers. Appraisals are for insurance purposes only. Diamonds are worth NOTHING on the street. I once brought a single diamond to Jewelry Exchange in Toronto which was appraised at $2400, and they showed me the Rappaport price (wholesale price) for that particular diamond was only around $75.00. Yet, it was appraised for $2400. I was expecting them to give me at least half that.
If you got $147 for one ring, that's really good! When selling to a gold buyer, sell your gold, not your diamonds because you'll be disappointed. But this is the reality of the diamond market.

I didnt Know I was selling a diamond" on the street". If I had known that, I would have brought it to Bubba downtown on the corner and gotten a better deal! It took a total of 48 days for the total transaction to be completed(my things returned to me).The telephone system they use has been down since oct of 2011. They keep saying on website they are getting there phone provider to look at it. Bull****!!I hope you can sleep well working for them Michael Kippling after taking advantige of people.

I have read numerous complaints about this company and also see online that they don't answer their phones since November 2011. I tried to call and after several minutes on hold music it disconnected. Who would ever send their gold to a company that hides behind a Broken phone. They can send you a dollar if they want and there is nothing you can do because there is no one to call. You should definitely file a complaint with the better business bureau as they claim to have a clean record (I doubt it). And it is obvious to me on all these blogs and boards it is the owner writing them all just under different names trying to protect their reputation. Pretty discusting and unethical people are behind this. As it is said above, I hope they can sleep well knowing all the disloyal and dishonest things they have done to make money. Money and greed really does make people do terrible things.
