Photography Sexual Offender
I treat these RipReports not very seriously and was completely unbiased because I know these reports to be pretty ridiculous at times, and seem like BS.
I couldn't believe this posting, I have worked with Steven for a while, I am an agent at one of the top model agencies in NYC. He has done very consistent work for us, but I had to look a little deeper when I read this report.
I started by asking a few of the models that he shot for the agency. A few guys had no problems at all, then it turned against him very quickly. Quite a few guys were upset with the shoots and told me similar stories like the one above. I was completely dumbfounded.
I have discussed with my board and we are going to not file any charges against him, because it would be very hard to prove. If he however posts or uses ONE image of our models in compromising situations, we will presue action against him immediately. I am assuming because of these postings, he would change his ways if he is working with other agencies.
From what I can see, he chooses his victims carefully, it seems like the younger more inexperienced models have had issues. I am disappointed it didn't come to my attention sooner. I meet and know a lot of the scouts and agents from all the agencies at IMTA and will let people know, its too bad his work was good. It served it purpose of getting the guys started out, but clearly not worth the risk.
Our agency will no longer run this risk since I've confirmed with models that something underhanded is going on with Steven's professionalism. I can assure you that this poor models report is "real". Turns out he is with our agency.
People like this come into the industry all the time, they come and go like the weather. I know that the bookers and agencies in NYC care deeply about the best interests of their models and I can assure you that he will not continue working with us on all levels, we cannot run the risk or take the chance.
To the parents out there that have emailed me regarding this, I can absolutely assure you that Steven Gomillion's time as a photographer in NYC, because of these events coming to light will be very limited.

Photography Sexual Offender
This claim above is false in every way. I've been working with Steven Gomillion for
5 years and nothing like it ever happened. The model agent mentioned above M. Fajar.
Is a female model agent with Ford models and does not book male models.
Besides the fact that Steven has not shot a model test with a male or female model in several years also our company never tested for Ford models.
This post was NOT posted by a model but a former producer who stole money from our company as well as many other photographers and is trying to find an outlet for his anger. This is a perfect example of slander and internet bullying which will have legal consequences. We are in talks right now with the agency and our legal team. We will solve the matter within the next couple days and the responsible party for these false accusations will be brought to light.

GNL Studios is quite the duo in all honesty.
Dennis is a remarkable individual with the most artistic way he finds the shot in which to capture his photographs. His work ethic is one to be admired and every ounce of his soul goes into his work. His artistic direction wants to find perfection and most often does.
Steven could have better professionalism but his energy and spirit allows every model to become comfortable before shooting to capture the most natural and stunning of shots. His creative process in which can be considered by professionalism to be lacking but what lacks in this allows for true remarkable guinuine and effortless breath-taking photography.
Both individuals are people, Dennis can be too serious and rigid until after all is said and done. Steven might be a little whimsical in the overall carefree nature but the truth is captured in the essence of the stunning images. He may come accross as ADHD but that's only because he's not worrying about the tiny details in which to capture the models at their most poised and natural state of being.
For models who have no worked with these two before take a step back and realize that modeling isn't easy and to capture some of the radiance of their appeal, go with natural and in the mindset of working with "friends". Allow the photographers to be themselves and work with them around the idea. You are there with them, they are there for a reason. You may be the model, but they have to capture the individual first before the model shines through. It's a work in progress. If you're too rigid and stiff you aren't able to capture the essence of your unique traits to why you were to work with these two in the first place. As a model you adjust to the photographer(s) not the photographer adjusting to you as the model. They capture the highlights of you as their canvas.
Each of us who are not celebrity status, must realize that to be at that level, you need to come to terms with the fact that you're working with personalities. Professionalism on either part is found when you can compromise and find the common ground that allows your expression and confidence to come to light when you find the moment to relax and work together as a team.
These two are a remarkable team. Dennis is the details, and Steven is the setting and emotional context that brings out your personality and professionalism that shows when you can have fun but still separate being completely serious about your work and what you what to capture in your shoot. You want to capture the emotion and essence in each shot. So every moment and movement of either model or photographer can alter the "moment".
Editing is a great tool as well. Sometimes you capture what you need but the lighting is off or the contrast of angle of your body is off so editing allows for the magificence to really bold or highten your expression or emotion. You also need to realize that sizing and the variations of technology alters the finish product. Your cell phone is different than a bill board same goes with laptop versus magazine page.
Steven you need to release an album of your own music.
