Horrible speed and service

The connection is slow - 3 seconds response (or no response for over a minute!) after 1 keystroke. Because of deadlines, I had to call to see if anything else that can be done, found GoToMyPC is now merged with its competitor LogMeIn.
o.k., after elementary questions no, no, no, and not our internets (tried on 2nd source still slow!) waited on phone over an hour, said too many calls waiting for his next level to answer. Then, after over an hour, the call was hung up!
