Rip off
This company is a huge rip off. The point system is a sham. When you first buy into it, they give you half the dollar amount that you spent in points.
Example- If you pay for the $2000 membership, you get 100,000 points. If you convert that to vacation cash it equals $1000. So you're already at a loss. Even if you use points to book a vacation, there are still fees that you have to come out of pocket with. Their airline prices are not competitive at all. The are usually $200+ higher than any other travel site. They guarantee the lowest prices on hotels, but there price does not include the resort fees that you have to pay upon check in, or the deposit that most hotels require when you book through GVR. They try to push rebuying points by telling you that they will throw in bonus points. Example- They will offer 50,000 points for $1699 and when you make this purchase they will throw in an additional 25,000 points for a total of 75,000. That 75,000 points is even less than half of what you paid into it. Now you're at an even bigger loss. This company is a complete scam. STAY AWAY
