Total rip off! Did not think they would do so
This company has ripped me off of $20.000! I needed a recovery from breast cancer, so they charged me a really big sum! This can not cost so much! I have tried to get a refund, but theey refused me! I have spent a lot of cash on operation and medicine, I can not lose so much each time!

Beware and stay away from this company!
Beware of this company! I just used their services and i am not really satisfied with them! his company scam their customers out of money without a shame and lies about their offers. After I made a contract with them they never provided all services as promised and totally ignored my claims and complaints.

Mayan Palace Timeshare Scam
The resort itself seems very nice, the sales pitch, however, is pure high-pressure sales. The sales people are snakes, their only motive is greed. They have no concern for what is ethical and will “brow beat” you to make their money. It was not worth the free breakfast and $50.00 dinner coupon. When I finally got up to walk away from the table, Luis got in my face and began to argue with me, telling me I couldn’t leave until he said the presentation was over. I continued to walk away as I raised my voice at him. You would think that that would be the end of it, but they will continue to pass you to the next person for a “survey” which turns into another sales pitch…these people are shameless. If you agree to attend the 90 minute presentation you will regret it.Search online for Mayan Palace Timeshare Scams for other “horror stories":

Mayan Palace Timeshare Scam
The sales tactics are the same for everyone at the Mayan Palace timeshare resorts. Hard sell, disrespectful when you say no, broken promises. DO NOT think for one moment that you have an upper hand...these are professional con artists highly trained to take your money. You have no chance of ever seeing your money again or receiving anything close to the value you were promised. Assume that everything posted by Grupo Mayan and its affiliates is a lie or a scam. Never do business with this company; never buy a mayan palace timeshare scam. This is a good article about Mayan Palace:
