unprofessional/strange

Same as with everybody else. We had to return our rescue and 'Cinnamon' reacted like we were questioning her value, as a person. I'm guessing it might feel that way if thats all youve got going on, but still.
Contacted the organization telling them we had to return our Dane & why. We wrent lucky enough to enjoy her freaking out in person like many others, instead we got the digital version with emails & her trying to shame us on her Facebook echochamber.
The emails looked like they were written by some 13 y.o. girl to some boy who had just broken up with her.
Im guessing its a personality type that never admits wrongdoing, perceives any slight as an attack & responds with childish overrreactions.
"I wasnt apologizing"! (looked like she was to me too, maybe a Freudian slip))
"I was gently taking the leash to . ." (uh, yeah, right)
